Antonine Lorho

I consider myself patient and calm. I show control and composure when I faced situations requiring it. I have an overall vision and a perseverance that allow me to solve, most of the time, the problem encountered. I approach work with autonomy while promoting clear and fluid communication with my peers, this allows me to better understand my environment. 
Thanks to numerous internships in the agricultural sector, particularly in breeding and nurseries, I acquired theoretical and practical knowledge. The field experience allowed me to develop my teamwork and team management skills. 
This is what motivated me the most in the YEC experience: working and managing a motivated and diversified team, where points of view are listened to and respected, on a concrete theme, which allows us to project ourselves as future professionals in the agronomic sector while linking us to the sociological dimension, inseparable from all projects.
